Shipping:
Shippings must be marked with Cancer Registry of Norway, senders company name and personal name. Your cell number is also important. Shipments must be done as close up to the organising days as possible as the hotel has limited storage.

Rig:
Rig to exhibitor stands may start at Wednesday 16th October at 07:00 HRS.
 
Rates and registration:
Your company will be charged for one exhibitor fee NOK 20.000 for an ordinary stand. Each representative (whether one or two days) should register separately. Fee is sat at NOK 750 per day/person. You may also register for Banquet dinner at NOK 1250 per person which includes 3-course dinner and wine package. We have also negotiated accomodation at the exhibition/conference hotel as well as nearby hotels. It is vital that you register this alongside your registration.
  
Participation conference:
As exhibitor we assume you will exhibit your stand only. However, if you wish to follow the academic program kindly register as symposium participant rather than exhibitor and having done so, contact the handling organisers immediately.
 
Stand size:
Each stand includes 1 conference size table with white cloth, two chairs, 1 electrical outlet and free WIFI.

If you need any additionals to your stand, we suggest you contact Arena Service Team. They have specialised in exhitor equipment and are located close to Oslo city.
